Bike salutes

The logo for Bike Salute .com is on that sign.

That web site has a collection of photos of people “salute”ing by holding bikes in the air in that way.

I don’t know how I came across that photo, and I haven’t managed to find any text about it.  Something gave me the impression that the image may have been in a September, 2007 issue of Time magazine, but I’m not sure.
